Both Eclipse Internet and BSkyB have announced they are carbon neutral - Eclipse this year, and BSkyB in 2006.

Telecoms provider BT is also committing itself to carbon emissions reductions. And it is working on influencing and engaging with customers, suppliers and employees to produce lower-carbon solutions and reduce personal and business carbon emissions.

Eclipse Internet goes carbon neutral

Home and business broadband provider Eclipse Internet has announced that it is is now fully carbon neutral!

This is just the first step in Eclipse’s campaign to reduce carbon emissions as the broadband provider works to reduce the environmental impact of its broadband business.

Eclipse Internet residential broadband starts at only £14.99 per month. Choose from Eclipse Home broadband, with the freedom to download as much as you like (you simply pay £1.75 per GB over your download limit - If you don’t want to exceed a certain limit you can set your own usage budget online) or Eclipse Evolution broadband, and pay a fixed amount each month.

Eclipse business broadband starts at only £19.99 per month (plus VAT) for a small office broadband package. Or go for a really robust SDSL data line, starting at £125 per month (plus VAT).
