Green broadband
Both Eclipse Internet and BSkyB have announced they are carbon neutral - Eclipse this year, and BSkyB in 2006.
If it's important to you that your broadband provider is taking climate change and carbon emissions seriously, then check out my blog post on www.ukbroadbandfinder.com which goes into more detail about what BSkyB and Eclipse have done to reduce emissions and offset emissions that they can't eliminate entirely.
View Eclipse Internet's residential and business broadband deals, and Sky's packages (or create your own Sky bundle).
Telecoms provider BT is also committing itself to carbon emissions reductions. And it is working on influencing and engaging with customers, suppliers and employees to produce lower-carbon solutions and reduce personal and business carbon emissions.
