Slow broadband - new article

Yesterday I added a new blog article to my broadband comparison website about broadband speeds.

People are becoming increasingly frustrated by actual broadband speeds not matching the advertised broadband speeds for their package.

My article looks at what can cause slow broadband, how this issue has been tackled in the news recently, and what we at UK Broadband Finder are doing on our site to make it clearer to users what speeds they might get, and why speeds might be lower than they expect.

Read About Broadband Speeds now, or take our free speed test and find out how fast your broadband really is.

Vote in our broadband speeds poll

I've added a new poll to www.ukbroadbandfinder.com. Take our free speed test and then let us know how fast your broadband download speed is - compared to what the advertised download speed on your broadband package is.

Actual broadband speeds can be reduced by several factors, particularly distance from the exchange. They can also vary according to time of day which means it is useful to take several speed tests, over time. So start checking your broadband speed now and then vote in our poll.
