Be Broadband had been made a Best Buy - by Which? magazine.
Which? conducted an independent survey of broadband providers and Be Broadband came out with an 85% customer satisfaction rating - made up of overall satisfaction and endorsement: the likelihood of recommending the ISP to a friend.

Be Broadband has three home or business broadband packages:
- Be Value - up to 8Mb download speed, only £8 per month (until the end of 2008, then £14 a month).
- Be Unlimited - up to a superfast 24Mb download speed and up to 1.3Mb upload speed, for £18 month.
- Be Pro (for businesses) - up to 24Mb download speed, a static iP address, up to 2.5Mb upload speed - only £22 a month.
